Lee Matthews Blackbelt Academy is dedicated to helping people develop confidence through self-defense skills.

We offer a superb platform to develop individual confidence and improve fitness. Each class is a high energy, fat burning, calorie losing workout which will also help give great tone to your body. and better still it's great fun too!

Classes are taught by a fully qualified instructor in a comfortable and safe environment. All abilities and fitness levels are welcomed.

Our classes have a diverse range of enthusiastic members. We use our syllabus to incorporate fitness & flexibility & our modern teaching techniques focus on helping students become self confident while improving fitness, gaining self respect, and setting personal goals which in turn promotes a positive attitude and sense of achievement as you progress.

Each session will challenge you both mentally and physically, a typical class can include the following:

    Self Defence
    Syllabus Techniques
    Stretching
    Shaping and toning exercises
    Cardio-workouts
