The adult programme is specifically designed for students
aged from 12+

on educating students in self control, self respect, and goal setting,
combined with perseverance and determination..
We concentrate on helping students become self disciplined while overcoming
obstacles to achieve higher goals.e of conflict and how to resolve
situations peacefully, avoiding confrontation, but also perform basic
self defense moves to improve student self confidence.
Our challenging syllibus encourages mental and physical development
which offer exciting and energetic classes that inspire our students
in everyday life.
The programme consists of the following:
- Monthly tag testing.
- Sparring (and sparring class for those who want to attend).
- Grappling.
- Boxing.
- Self Defence.
- Fitness for beginner and advanced.
- Classes split by ability (white belts, beginners, intermediates,
advanced).
- Bag and pad work.
Besides keeping your body fit, kickboxing has tons of other benefits.
According to many many studies done throughout the UK & worldwide,
you can burn anywhere from 600 to 800 calories an hour with kickboxing,
